I had a great experience at Mari 2 during my recent stay. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Roma Termini station and close to many attractions. The bed was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast provided was sufficient. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Robert, who went out of his way to make my stay enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its convenient location and comfortable accommodations.

Dirty room, dirty towels, room in another building from the reception, shower malfunctioning (very little water coming out), the bidet pipe leaked water when the tap was open.

The maid that had prepared the breakfast was awesome.

Where do I begin??? We had to carry over luggage up four flight of stairs. The hair dryer was broken and the tv didn't work. But no one cares... The older gentleman working at the front desk, was very rude. They have no concept of customer service. I ended up paying over $640 cdn for 3 nights for a quad room (which you could barely move around in) a one star hotel that had no elevator nor customer service.... I would never recommend this hotel.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes

- the bathroom wasnt exactly clean, i tried to change my reservation from a triple room to a double, and dont undernstand why the price was the same as a triple room. at the end we stayed in the triple room because the in the reception they said that they didnt have more double rooms. this was quite rare because I recieved a confirmation email form booking. the location is perfect but isnt the clean and cosy hotel that i thought its was, according the pictures to the pictures.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is near the train station Termini. There is also a bus 492, which is a very good connection to the city center.The employees of the hotel are very nice.

The hotel is not a very good choice, if you like luxus.

The room at Mari 2 was clean and comfortable with crisp white bedding. The hotel's location was excellent - with easy access to transportation and sightseeing. The staff - especially the receptionist - was extremely flexible - helpful, and understanding. The self-service breakfast offered a simple but sufficient selection.

Would recommend.

Great location, very close to the Roma Termini station.

I stayed on the fifth floor and there was no elevator! The room was really bad: noisy, unclean, and ugly. I stayed for three nights and the towels were not washed. It is unacceptable to pay this price and get such conditions. A suitable price for the room should be around ten times down.

I had a reservation for a double room, but upon arrival, they couldn't find it. After speaking with the manager, they miraculously found my reservation. The room was small and had some issues, but the location was great and the staff tried their best. I would recommend this hotel.

That the room was unfinished, only had basics but had beginnings of more. Stairs 2 room were unclean. Some staff did not understand English so it was difficult 2 communicate. Room was not that clean either.

During my recent transit in Rome, I stayed at Hotel Mari 2. I found two features of this hotel to be particularly convenient. its proximity to Termini station was a major advantage, with the hotel located just 0.4 km away. This made it extremely easy for me to catch my next train and continue my journey. the hotel's location, being only 0.5 km from Roma Termini, made it a great choice for travelers looking for a quick and hassle-free stay.

One minor negative aspect of Hotel Mari 2 was the security of the rooms. The doors opened onto an open corridor that could be accessed by anyone, which was concerning.

Very helpful and well informed hotel staff. Excellent location to visit most of the historic spots in Rome.

Breakfast was not so good and the walls were crumbling

hotel owner is an excellent lady and she took care of everything we needed.

There is no lift in the hotel and we put at 5th floor ,with young kids and stuff it was really tiresome .
